Customer confirmation link
Added to the order emails WooCommerce already sends, and the order-received page. One tap opens "Yes, deliver my order" or "Cancel this order" — no app or account needed on the customer's side.

What Free deliberately doesn't do
This plugin never sends a confirmation message or changes an order’s status on its own. The customer decides by tapping a button on the confirmation page; you decide by clicking an action in the queue. There’s no automatic reminder, no auto-cancel, and no background messaging — opening the link changes nothing, only pressing a button does. That’s not a limitation we’re planning to quietly remove — it’s the boundary the free tier is built around. If you’re ready to have confirmations sent and chased automatically, with unconfirmed orders held or cancelled on their own, Pro adds full automation by email — no one has to click Resend.
Frequently asked questions
No. The confirmation link is added to emails WooCommerce already sends. WhatsApp messages open in WhatsApp for you to send. Orders are only confirmed, moved, or cancelled when someone clicks a button — the customer on the confirmation page, or you in wp-admin.
The order is marked “Declined by customer” and appears in the queue’s “Declined or unreachable” view. It is not cancelled automatically — you choose whether to cancel it (stock is restored) or call the customer first.
By default, new Cash on Delivery orders placed through your checkout. You can add other payment methods and set a minimum order total under WooCommerce → Settings → Order verification. Orders created in wp-admin, and orders placed before you installed the plugin, aren’t affected.
No. Customers check out exactly as before — confirmation happens after the order is placed.
Yes, with both, and with the classic checkout and posts storage as well.
No. The WhatsApp button in the Confirmation Queue uses WhatsApp’s standard click-to-chat link, and you press Send yourself — no API, no account setup.
No. Everything — verification status, history, notes, and confirmation-link codes — is stored in your own WordPress database. There’s no external service, no account, and no API key.
