When you purchase a Pro license, the transaction is processed by Freemius, our payment and licensing partner. Information collected through our WordPress plugins

Dispatchable Order Messaging (Free) does not send any data to DispatchWP or any third party. It operates entirely within your own WordPress site, generating pre-filled WhatsApp links for you to send manually.

Dispatchable Order Messaging Pro connects directly to your own Meta Business/WhatsApp Cloud API account to send automated order notifications. Order and customer data needed to send a message (such as name, phone number, and order details) is sent directly from your WordPress site to your own Meta account — it does not pass through DispatchWP’s servers. Meta’s own privacy practices govern how it handles this data once received.

• To process Pro license purchases and provide access to purchased features, via Freemius

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Freemius — to process Pro purchases and manage licensing
• Meta — only if you use Dispatchable Order Messaging Pro and connect your own Meta Business/WhatsApp Cloud API account, and only for the messages you choose to send
