This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Dispatchable Order Messaging Pro, sold and processed through Freemius. Dispatchable Order Messaging (Free) is free to use and has no purchase to refund.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All Dispatchable Order Messaging Pro plans — Single Site, 5 Sites, and Agency — include a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. If you’re not satisfied within 14 days of your first purchase, contact us for a full refund.

2. What’s Covered

• Your first purchase of any Pro plan, if requested within 14 days of the purchase date.

3. What’s Not Covered

• Annual renewal charges are not covered by this 14-day guarantee. If you no longer want to renew, you can cancel auto-renewal from your account before it charges.
• Refund requests made more than 14 days after your initial purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are handled directly through Freemius. To request one, sign in to your account and contact support from there, or reach out through our Contact page and we’ll point you in the right direction.

5. Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method by Freemius. Processing times can vary by payment provider.
