Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 Sep 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the dispatchwp.com website (the “Site”) and the WordPress plugins offered by DispatchWP (“DispatchWP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Dispatchable Order Messaging (Free) and Dispatchable Order Messaging Pro. By using the Site or installing our plugins, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Our Products

Dispatchable Order Messaging (Free) is distributed through WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License (GPL), consistent with WordPress.org’s plugin directory requirements.

Dispatchable Order Messaging Pro is a paid license sold and managed through Freemius. Your purchase and use of Pro is governed by Freemius’s own Terms of Service and the license terms presented at checkout, in addition to these Terms where applicable. If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and the Freemius/license terms for your Pro purchase, the Freemius/license terms control for matters of licensing and purchase.

3. Intellectual Property

The DispatchWP name, logo, and the content of this Site (excluding open-source plugin code licensed under the GPL) belong to DispatchWP. You may not use our name or branding without written permission.

4. Third-Party Services

Our products and Site rely on third-party services, including:

  • Freemius — for processing Pro purchases and managing licenses
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — for Pro’s automated messaging, connected directly to your own Meta account
  • WordPress.org — for distributing the Free plugin

Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms.

5. Refunds

Pro purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and our plugins are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site or our plugins will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DispatchWP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our plugins, including any loss of revenue, data, or business arising from message delivery issues, third-party service outages (including Meta or Freemius), or misconfiguration.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
