Only if Dispatchable Order Verification Pro’s WhatsApp confirmation channel is active, which itself requires Dispatchable Order Messaging Pro — in that case, the same Meta Cloud API conversation fees apply as for WhatsApp notifications. Verification’s confirmation requests and reminders work by email otherwise, and email never touches the Meta API, so there’s nothing to pay Meta for on an email-only setup.
No. Every DispatchWP product is priced, licensed, and sold completely separately — there’s no bundle requirement, and no product’s Pro plan requires another product’s Pro plan to work (Dispatchable Order Verification Pro’s WhatsApp confirmation channel is the one optional exception — it’s an upgrade you can add by also running Dispatchable Order Messaging Pro, never a requirement.).
